When working with your insurance carrier, we act as your contractor and advocate. You remain responsible for ensuring your deductible is paid and for communicating with your insurer regarding your policy terms.
Total Contracting warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under your contract.
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
